Step-By-Step Guide
Securing your accommodation for the next academic year couldn’t be easier.
Step One
Visit our Website and Click 'Secure Property'
Simply choose the property you like and click ‘Secure Property’
You will be able to View the start & end date of your tenancy, plus view a breakdown of future rent payments and dates.
Step Two
Tenancy Application Form
You will need to nominate a lead Tenant to fill out the application forms if you are signing as a group.
We would recommend doing this together as a group as you will need everyone’s personal details as well as their guarantor’s details before you can proceed with payment. (You will need their full name, home address and contact details for all.)
Step Three
Payments
Once all of the application forms are completed, the holding deposit will need to be paid, this will be one weeks rent.
If you are a group, the lead tenant will need to pay the whole group’s holding deposits. For example, for a four-bed property the lead tenant will need to pay four lots of the holding deposit (If the holding deposit £100.00, the lead tenant will need to pay £400.00)
Step Four
Tenancy Agreement
Once we have received the payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking. Megaclose will then send out a tenancy agreement within 24-72 hours (dependent on our opening hours.)
