About Megaclose
Megaclose was established in 1998 with the aim of providing students with a wide range of quality accommodation within a half mile radius of the University.
We have grown to become a highly regarded company providing accommodation for students attending both Universities in Nottingham.
We offer our tenants a comprehensive level of service. Our own in house maintenance team continually take care of our portfolio, ensuring all tenants have a safe and comfortable stay.
Megaclose are continually expanding year after year, adding to our portfolio from individual to large scale city developments.
ANUK
Megaclose Limited are a member of ANUK.
The National Code of Standards for Larger Developments for student accommodation NOT managed and controlled by educational establishments.
This Code establishes a set of specific standards with particular relevance to larger developments tenanted by students.
Megaclose are pleased to be part of ANUK and will abide by the ANUK code and will endeavor to promote higher standards in student accommodation.
