Megaclose was established in 1998 with the aim of providing students with a wide range of quality accommodation within a half mile radius of the University.
We have grown to become a highly regarded company providing accommodation for students attending both Universities in Nottingham.
We offer our tenants a comprehensive level of service. Our own in house maintenance team continually take care of our portfolio, ensuring all tenants have a safe and comfortable stay.
Megaclose are continually expanding year after year, adding to our portfolio from individual to large scale city developments.
ANUK/Unipol National Code
Megaclose Limited are a member of ANUK/Unipol National Code.
The National Code of Standards for Larger Developments for student accommodation NOT managed and controlled by educational establishments.
This Code establishes a set of specific standards with particular relevance to larger developments tenanted by students.
Megaclose are pleased to be part of ANUK/Unipol National Code and will abide by the ANUK/Unipol National Code and will endeavor to promote higher standards in student accommodation.
