How to secure a property
Holding Deposit
In order to secure a property Megaclose requires you to pay a Holding Deposit which is your first months rent up front. This is non-refundable and once received Megaclose guarantee that the property you have chosen will be reserved for you until the agreed date for the start of your tenancy.
Payments
All tenants will be required to provide cheques for rent payments as scheduled below within 30 days of signing the tenancy agreement.
- Damage Deposit - Due on the 15th July
- 4 Months - Due on the 15th October
- 4 Months - Due on the 15th January
- 2 Months - Due on the 15th April
Cheques will be banked on the dates specified above.
Parental Guarantee
All tenants are required to return a Parental Guarantee document within 30 days of signing the tenancy agreement. An example of which can be viewed by clicking the link below.
